The PSEMs will be discharged from 2 firing barges within the Restricted Area bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 16.984’N / 114 deg. 10.613’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.153’N / 114 deg. 10.590’E

(D) 22 deg. 17.059’N / 114 deg. 10.849’E

Besides, the public landing steps within the Restricted Area will be closed to all vessels, except Government launches engaged in official duties or vessels with the permission from the Director of Marine.

Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area. Coxswains of small vessels are advised to make use of other public landing steps in the vicinity during the closure period.

In the event of inclement weather or emergency, the fallback date of the PSEMs show would be 16 June 2024 (Sunday).
