For approximately six months, a Restricted Area [is] established at Wan Chai Basin to facilitate the Paddle Boat Ride Campaign in connection with the Water Sports and Recreation Precinct (Phase 2).
The Restricted Area is formed by a straight line joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (B) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 17.045’N / 114 deg. 10.859’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.030’N / 114 deg. 10.907’E
Two yellow marker buoys fitted with yellow flashing lights connected with floating barriers will be laid from co-ordinates (A) to (B) to indicate the northern boundary of the Restricted Area.
During the aforementioned period, no vessels, other than Government launches or vessels engaged in the said activity, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
