With effect from 1100 hours to 1300 hours on 14 November 2023, a Restricted Area will be established at Ha Mei Wan for conducting a maritime major incident exercise.
The Restricted Area is formed by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D):
(A) 22° 12.30’ N 114° 07.00’ E
(B) 22° 11.80’ N 114° 07.00’ E
(C) 22° 11.80’ N 114° 06.50’ E
(D) 22° 12.30’ N 114° 06.50’ E
No vessels, other than Government launches and vessels with special permission from the Director of Marine, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area during the aforesaid period. All vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
