From 1500 hours to 2200 hours on 22 November 2024, a Restricted Area will be established in Victoria Harbour off the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade to facilitate Pyrotechnic Special Effect Materials (PSEMs) show in connection with the Hong Kong WinterFest.
The PSEMs will be discharged from 2 firing barges within the Restricted Area bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D):
(A) 22 deg. 17.915’N / 114 deg. 09.531’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.753’N / 114 deg. 09.531’E
(C) 22 deg. 17.753’N / 114 deg. 09.292’E
(D) 22 deg. 17.915’N / 114 deg. 09.292’E
During the aforementioned period, no vessels, other than Government launches or the firing barges, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
