Due to dense fog at Haldia Reach and down below the estuary, shipping operation at Haldia Dock Complex has been delayed/disrupted severely from pm 5th December 2020 to am 11th December 2020.
Such delay/disruptions in shipping may occur in coming days if heavy fog condition persists in the river/Haldia reach which is beyond the control of Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata.
The period for such delay/disruption may be treated under Force Majeure.
