Two temporary environment monitoring buoys will be deployed within Mugharraq Port limit, in accordance with the positions and characteristics in the table below.
Effective Date: 3 October 2023 until further notice.
Location: Mugharraq Port Limit.
Reference UKHO Chart: Admiralty Chart BA 3179 & 3722 and related/adjoining charts
Monitoring buoys are used to monitor the marine environment while dredging ops as part of the clean energy projects between Jebel Al Dhanna & Das Island.
All vessels and boats using the port must navigate with caution and take note of the above.
Mariners advised to temporarily update the related BA charts.
