A window period of 12 hours in daytime, in between sailing out of a vessel and berthing of next vessel at OR-I berth shall be taken, for demolition of monolith Nos13-16 of old OR-II by underwater controlled blasting until the completion of demolition of these monoliths.
It is requested to increase the utilization of OR-III berth during the window period as proposed above.
The respective oil companies are also requested to explore the possibilities of berthing of vessel at OR-I further towards East to reduce the number of window days required for demolition.
