Taiwan’s Central Epidemic Center has listed below countries for travel notice warning as of 1 March 2020:
According to harbour immigration policy, no shore pass will be issued for vessels with previous port calls to “country with travel notice level 3” in the previous 14 days.
Foreign crew (excl. China/Hong Kong/ Macau) who are qualified to apply for landing/shore, ship owner or master must provide the documents in advance for crew shore pass application:
a) Port call record for previous 14 days
b) Daily record of crew body temperature (must be approved/stamped by Taiwan Centers for disease control).
c) “Novel Coronavirus prevention Health Declaration Card" - for travel history and health condition
After the vessel berthed, the captain should take the body temperature measurement of the all crews and fill up a health declaration card. The agent will take a review immediately.
