Cargo storage and deck cargo manifest for Offshore Supply Vessels

27 Oct 2020 / Ras Laffan, Qatar

From 1 November 2020, all Offshore Supply Vessels calling Ras Laffan Port shall submit a draft copy of cargo manifest before loading or backloading any cargo at Laffan Offshore Terminal (LOT).

The deck cargo manifest should clearly identify the cargo to be shipped, details of the contents, the destination, general dimensions, identification numbers, any dangerous goods and the verified mass. If any changes are made to the draft cargo manifest, the vessel Master/Shipping Agent/End User Representative shall provide a revised cargo manifest for review and acknowledgement by LOT supervisor.

All vessels should not proceed/depart Laffan Offshore Terminal without a final cargo manifest of loading/backloaded cargo.

All cargo manifests of loading/backloaded cargo must be submitted to the Ras Laffan Logistics team via email [email protected] at least 12 hours prior arrival.
