Berthing halted due to Biparjoy

12 Jun 2023 / Mundra, India

Adani Ports and Logistics Mundra have advised that no berthing operation will be conducted for incoming vessels from 1500 hours today (12 June) due to Tropical Depression Biparjoy. Fresh berthing instructions will be issued once normal weather conditions are restored.

All working vessels at berth will be shifted out to anchorage/unberthed up to 2000 hours today and will proceed to high seas. Masters should keep engine ready for shifting vessel at anchorage.

Visitor’s entry is restricted during the said period. Visits to the port should be kept to a minimum and strictly for business.

Vessels should keep their engine ready with very short notice and keep a continuous watch at VHF CH. 77.

Control rooms at the main port, West Basin and POC will be manned 24x7 for any response and support required.
