Further depth reductions have been announced for Fawley Marine Terminal. Berth 1 has been reduced further and Berth 4 now also has a restriction.
Following the latest survey results, the updated berth depths for the Terminal are as follows:
FMT Berth 1
- Berth Depth RESTRICTED TO 9.0m at Chart Datum (reduction of 1.2m from advertised depth)
- Vessels must maintain 0.5m Under Keel Clearance whilst alongside.
FMT Berth 2
- Berth Depth RESTRICTED TO 9.5m at Chart Datum (reduction of 3.1m from advertised depth)
- Vessels must maintain 0.5m Under Keel Clearance whilst alongside
FMT Berth 3
- Berth Depth RESTRICTED TO 11.0m at Chart Datum (reduction of 1.6m from advertised depth)
- Vessels must maintain 0.5m Under Keel Clearance whilst alongside
FMT Berth 4
- Berth Depth RESTRICTED TO 14.4m at Chart Datum (reduction of 0.5m from advertised depth)
- Vessels must maintain 0.5m Under Keel Clearance whilst alongside
FMT Berth 5
- Berth Depth REMAINS AT 14.9m at Chart Datum (advertised depth)
- Vessels must maintain 0.5m Under Keel Clearance whilst alongside
FMT Berth 6
- Berth Depth REMAINS AT 5.6m at Chart Datum (advertised depth)
- Vessels must maintain 0.5m Under Keel Clearance whilst alongside
FMT Berth 7
- Berth Depth REMAINS AT 5.6m at Chart Datum (advertised depth)
