For the Spring Festival Holiday on Tuesday 28 January, Chinese Port Authorities will only handle entry/exit formalities for vessels declared in advance. Vessel owners/operators are therefore urged to submit in advance to ensure smooth berthing and cargo operations.
As per Chinese custom, customs, immigration offices and banks will be closed. Matters such as visa/LOI applications/extensions, customs clearance of spare parts and CTM delivery will not be conducted during the holiday.
Applications for AGM inspection should be submitted in advance as they will not be accepted during the holiday. Neither will application for Ships’ sanitation control certificates.
