Applications for crew changes

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) is no longer approving or rejecting crew changes in the port of Singapore, and the crew change process has returned to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA).

Applications for crew change should be made using DigitalPort@SG. For more information, go to www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart
