Pursuant to Section 3 of the Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (Typhoon Shelters) Regulation (Cap. 548E), the Director of Marine has set aside the areas shown in grey colour in the plan number 2024MAR005 dated 24 February 2025 as the passage areas in New Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter.
The plan is available for inspection in the office of the Marine Department on request. It can also be inspected on the Department’s website at https://www.mardep.gov.hk/en/pub_services/ocean/lpf_tshelter.html
