India, 4 September 2012 – GAC International Moving has opened its latest new office, in Bangalore, just five months after entering the Indian market in March. This latest addition brings the total of GAC International Moving offices in the country to four, the other three being in Mumbai, Cochin and Delhi.
Paul Haegeman, Managing Director of GAC Shipping (India) Pvt. Ltd. says: “Since launching GAC’s personalised moving services in India earlier this year, we have witnessed consistent demand, which we expect to continue, or even increase, as moving activities into and out of the country heighten.”
GAC International Moving has been providing a fully fledged portfolio of packing and moving services throughout the Middle East for more than thirty years. The service was extended to India and Sri Lanka earlier this year.
Paul adds: “International Moving uses GAC India’s extensive nationwide network and its resources to provide reliable door-to-door moving services tailored to the needs of our customers. Our one-stop services cover everything from the initial survey, local and international moves, to storage and insurance. Following the opening of the latest office in Bangalore, we may open other dedicated offices elsewhere in India, wherever there is a demand for our services.”
Sunny Jacob, a 13-year veteran of the moving industry, has been appointed as Inter
national Moving Manager in charge of operations in Bangalore. He reports to Rashid Batliwalla, General Manager of the International Moving Division in India. They receive full support from Klaus Holmager, Regional Manager of GAC International Moving, who is based in DuKlaus is upbeat about the growth of International Moving in India. He says: “We are happy to receive positive response from our agency network following the opening of our offices in Mumbai, New Delhi and Cochin. We are confident that Bangalore will be yet another great GAC success.”
